Note for Perry fans[edit]

Please don't insert sentences intended to promote Perry business or encourage tourism. It is inappropriate in an encyclopedia article, and has the unintended consequence of making the city seem like a provincial hick town. So restrain yourself, please.

What would be more helpful would be to incorporate info from reliable sources that are only available in Perry, such as back issues of the Home Journal or Times-Journal, or the local history collection at the library. -- 68.220.212.62 (talk) 14:22, 19 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
