Should there be mention of how the batter is sort of a basic, orangey-beige, but the end (baked) result is almost black, like gingerbread? i always thought that was rather interesting, back when i worked at a bakery... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.17.143.213 (talk) 06:28, 23 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
