Tenant Rights[edit]

Should there be a discussion of Tenant Rights in the Politics section of the article? It is the third structural issue of the novel, and it underscores Phineas' malleability in love and politics. The fact that his politics (and love interests) depend upon whom he is spending the most time with is widely commented on in the cited literature.
