"causes these proteins translocate to the plasma membrane and accordingly effects their activity" okay not very clear this page needs a fair amount of work doing to it, and related pages too. Needs clear examples, i.e shows the generation of PtdIns(3,4,5)P₃ translocates PKB, stimulates it's activity leading to cell proliferation, etc. Jagowins 22:45, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
