The following sentence seems to make very little sense and feels like an opinion rather than a fact, "Healthcare in the US is expensive; but it is even more costly to replace a physician (approximately $250,000 to $1000000)." Healthcare spending in the U.S. is estimated at approximately $4,000,000,000,000 in 2020. Please correct the sentence to actually make sense and provide some primary data to back up the approximate costs. The linked blog post doesn't provide any substance on this point other than an opinion that it can cost $250,000-$1,000,000.
The following sentence is also partially senseless and misrepresents/misquotes the study, "Here, burnout was defined as emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and decreased physical exhaustion." It seems that "decreased physical exhaustion" is antithetical to burnout. The study posits "decreased personal accomplishment" as one of the symptoms of burnout.
