Supporting information with proper reference format[edit]

Hello everyone, I know a lot of people are really eager to add information for this article page, but please be reminded to properly use the proper format in referencing links. I suggest you use Provelt GT. Also please add all the necessary information needed in the references... that means everything that is present in the link (author, date published, publisher, date accessed, pages if more than 1, etc). Do not simply use this: <ref></ref>.--Renzoy16 | Contact Me 14:11, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I encourage everyone to use this citation format as a guide in adding references to the article. Just delete the entries in this sample to use the format:
<ref name="JohnPrats">{{cite web | url=http://www.push.com.ph/features/7699/john-prats-looks-forward-to-being-pinoy-big-brother-teen-editions-newest-host/ | title=John Prats looks forward to being Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition’s newest host | publisher=''[[ABS-CBN Interactive|Push.com.ph]]'' | date=April 07, 2012 | accessdate=April 08, 2012 | author=Santos, Rhea Manila | pages= }}</ref>.
The Reference will look like this in the reference list:

Short[edit]

I know you guys made a lot of effort in completing the PBB Unlimited article and I know how much you want to go into full detail about almost anything but please, we want to avoid this article to be lengthy. Keep everything concise. If you can put it in a few words, much better. A long article does not equate to a good article. Thanks. Nicojamesbalde (talk) 00:41, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I just want to add. I wish no one would go into full detail on what happened on a particular day, kinda like what happened in the Unlimited article. Don't add events that are not that important like formation of loveteams, someone being brought up into the house for moral support in a task or anything personal to the housemates. Wikipedia is a general information website. This is not a site where you can write a novel about what happened to the housemates in a day. Don't just put whatever you want just because you think it's important. Think about the people who will be reading the article. Would they even care if a particular couple in the house broke up? Some would probably care but most will not. Just put important info on the events section. Thanks again Nicojamesbalde (talk) 00:58, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

reply to the message above[edit]

@Nicojamesbalde, You are such a bitch. Of course, I would care if a particular couple broke up especially if it is the highlight of the episode. pfft. YOU ARE ONE BIG BOSSY BITCH! PBB is a reality show and thus revolves around the conflicts and relationships inside the house. You will reduce the show to a mere game show if you will list only the game results of the tasks. While I agree with carefully choosing the details to be added, that does not mean that we should remove all of these interactions altogether. The best we can do is to edit the article without sacrificing the necessary details. Check out the posts for America's Next Top Model to see an example of a carefully edited reality show article.

BTW, I edited the Weekly task part of the article. I removed the opinion and made the sentences more coherent. 115.85.21.251 (talk) 07:01, 17 April 2012 (UTC)MonAcosta[reply]

To the person who wrote the message before this, I'm just an editor like you, I give suggestions and I'm okay if everyone would agree on it or not, as long as it's going to be for the good of the article. But after reading your comment, it seems like you want to impose things without even getting some opinions from other editors. well, if you want that, so be it. Take over. No one's editing the events section anyways. I don't get to watch every PBB episode. Seems like you watch every episode so, yeah, go ahaed. Just make sure you don't add those little details. And choose your words. Seems like you're an educated person but we don't want to see the the word "bitch" in the article. By the way, one episode is not equal to one day. Thanks. Referencing[edit]

When putting a reference on a particular point in the article, just put a maximum of two references. I think that would be enough to support a particular point in the article. Nicojamesbalde (talk) 01:03, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Exactly, some sentences from the Unlimited season were on overkill when it came to references, one sentence I saw used to have 10-12 references on one sentence. --Dude (talk) 07:21, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

update[edit]

can someone please update the events section? if no one can update it day by day, i think we should just have a weekly summary, rather than the day-to-day listing. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.54.2.133 (talk) 14:58, 22 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This Article is Suffering from Hackers from Haters.[edit]

The Nomination List ia falling prey to a number of hacks by haters of some housemates.it's hard to keep it clean. this needs to stop. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 112.198.83.25 (talk) 13:02, 4 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Removing Chronology of Events section[edit]

If ever that the section remains to be not updated, I would like to suggest that we remove that section. Vote Support for deletion of the section, Not Delete for keeping it.--Renzoy16 | Contact Me 10:02, 11 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

NOT DELETE. I think we should turn this section into a weekly summary section. It's kinda hard to keep track of what's happened during a certain day, especially that the show doesn't present it in a day-to-day episode format. At least with a weekly summary, well, it summarizes one week without the problem of knowing what happened in a certain day. 121.54.2.133 (talk) 02:30, 13 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
