Unlike any other park I've been to, you have to pay an entrance fee. This ought to be mentioned in the article. In my opinion it was not worth the £2 as it is very small and the flowers and plants were rather meagre even allowing for the time of year. In contrast Ipswich Arboretum, adjacent to Christchurch Park, is much bigger and with a much fuller display of plants and flowers, yet costs nothing to enter. Correction: it was actually the western side of Christchurch Park that I meant, not the arboretum although that is nice as well. 2.97.220.73 (talk) 18:59, 30 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your comments. I don't think you can compare Plantation Garden to a local authority park which is funded by the council tax payers of Ipswich.Northmetpit (talk) 16:31, 1 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
