Reference Format

@: Do you want to format the references similarly to the way we formtted the references in the Saw Mill River article? PointsofNoReturn (talk) 03:34, 2 November 2014 (UTC)

How exactly do you mean? I thought the two pages have similar formatting, no?--ɱ (talk) 03:40, 2 November 2014 (UTC)
@: Nevermind. I thought I saw a difference but I was mistaken. This is a good reference format too. Thank you for introducing it to me. PointsofNoReturn (talk) 03:53, 2 November 2014 (UTC)
OK. It has its strengths and its weaknesses, but I like it best for allowing better readability of an article's text while in edit mode.--ɱ (talk) 04:19, 2 November 2014 (UTC)

Miscellaneous information

Occasionally I run into some things which may be unimportant in the scheme of things, and often more of storybook-history rather than encyclopedic history, but I feel I should at least share this find here, a reference to an event at this river some 130 years ago: http://query.nytimes.com/mem/archive-free/pdf?res=9905E5DD1739E233A25752C2A9609C94669FD7CF .--ɱ (talk) 05:45, 7 November 2014 (UTC) And a followup article: http://query.nytimes.com/mem/archive-free/pdf?res=9F04EEDD1739E233A25750C2A9609C94669FD7CF .--ɱ (talk) 06:21, 7 November 2014 (UTC)
