Untitled[edit]

Is there any relationship to the Venezuelan beverage company Empresas Polar? I doubt that there is, but I'm not sure. It should probably be noted one way or the other, and if there's ever been any conflict between the two firms over the names and logos, that would also be interesting information. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rhsatrhs (talkcontribs) 14:58, 26 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It looks as though this has been sitting out there for quite a while... I spent some time today putting some "meat on the bones" of this article. As always, I would appreciate some other sets of eyes checking it out. Rawhyd (talk) 19:31, 8 December 2008 (UTC)Rawhyd[reply]

According to Polar, the judge's ruling affirmed the right of Polar to use a polar bear in its ads, but limited them from discarding the Coke can.[10][edit]

conflict with coke section should be expanded a wee bit. the reason polar said " According to Polar, the judge's ruling affirmed the right of Polar to use a polar bear in its ads, but limited them from discarding the Coke can.[10]" it that way was because coke had basically tried to steal the bear by copyrighting it andi believe but would have to find sources for actually tried to get oplar to stop using their own logo for their cola or something. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 158.65.242.28 (talk) 23:55, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
