This appears to be the only topic on Wikipedia known as "Powder Blue" (both words capitalized); Powder Blue is currently a disambiguation page listing only this film and Powder blue (the color). I am therefore suggesting that the film article be located at Powder Blue, with a hatnote linking to Powder blue. (Powder blue already has a hatnote link to this article, not to the disambiguation page; the only incoming links to the disambiguation page are intended to link to this film.)
