Two comments... first, is it worth mentioning Rick Nash as a resident? Afterall, he plays for the CBJ. If you listed every CBJ player who has lived in Powell or near it, you'd have a constantly growing list. I know Ron Tugnutt lived right off Jewett Rd when he played here and the list will continue to grow.

The other thing is a small typo... the range of home values listed says "from 50,000 to 900 million" ! I think there's one too many commas and a set of zeroes there.

Notable residents[edit]

It's my belief that notable residents should be defined as follows: Current residents of Powell, Ohio who are considered notable by Wikipedia's notability standards.

I haven't checked all of the current notable residents but they all seem to be notable at this time (I'll be checking after this post).
