Section on 2019 Lawsuit[edit]

@2600:387:B:7:0:0:0:1F: Wondering why you deleted the sentence I added, which simply listed some of the additional charges made against Dr. Singh. I even mentioned a rationale for the addition. Kindly clarify. Cadbury333 (talk) 19:30, 8 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have to agree with 2600:387:B:7:0:0:0:1F. Those are very strong accusations. If they were coming from a regulatory board or some similar entity, we would need to included them in the article. However, I think it crosses the BLP line to enumerate the accusations from a private lawsuit (at this stage of the process).--Mojo Hand (talk) 03:18, 9 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Unsubstantiated Allegation[edit]

I just removed a sentence inserted by an unregistered user (158.136.9.102) drawn from a press release announcing a lawsuit. Although the citation used here was from a media outlet, the statement as written is drawn directly from allegations made in a legal filing in a case that has not been resolved. This is a violation of BLP:CRIME and does not comply with Wikipedia:RS. Moreover, as written, the sentence makes use of Wikipedia:Weasel words and violates Wikipedia:NPOV and Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons rules.
