Also, rear admiral Stipanović was the first naval officer in Croatia (and ex-Yugoslavia) to successfuly fire an RBS-15 antiship missile. He is also an expert in missile warfare and a graduate of U.S. Naval War College. --Bojovnik (talk) 18:02, 31 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The person is question is a rear admiral and the current commander of the Croatian Navy, so he meets WP:SOLDIER #2 (Held a rank considered to be a flag, general or air officer, or their historical equivalents) and #3 (Held the top-level military command position of their nation's armed forces (such as Chief of the General Staff), or of a department thereof (such as Chief of Army Staff)).
