Neutral POV[edit]

Okay, I love, LOVE, L-U-V Prefab Sprout. -I- think they are one of the most original acts to come out of the 1980s. That's what _I_ think. However, why do we have to persist with these pop music-related articles on WikiPedia, with the combination review/fan-boy gush/mash note treatment?

"Considered by many to be one of the best..." blahblahblah. How many is "many?" Yeah, count me in that number, but the VAST majority of folks have never heard of these guys. Sure, that's their loss, but can we POSSIBLY stick to facts in this, and other articles, regarding the acts, artists and personalities?

I say this while listening to my favorite of their albums "Jordan: The Comeback," an exquisite work fraught with so much cleverness that my iPod can't contain it all. Yeah, that's my OPINION, but not one iota of fact therein. Nothing I've written would belong in that article.

i'm not a fan of pop music, but Prefab Sprout put together some very intricate and well crafted songs. I'm posting this because I have yet again reverted to listening to their songs, cannot be a bad thing? Fair use rationale for Image:Langleypark.jpg[edit]

Image:Langleypark.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please be careful when altering the lower case letters to Let's Change the World with Music in the Discography. They are only lower case because the title of the subsequent page is written the same way. In the external links, www.browningmcintosh.com appears to be dead. When googling the name, it's the top three results, but they all give the same 500 Internal Server Error. Circular and contentious[edit]

Davidnicholsknowsbest you cannot use Wikipedia as a source, that contravenes WP:CIRCULAR. If Smith was a keyboardist, then you will need to find an independent reliable source. I have removed the reference to keyboard player for now as it can easily be re-inserted and it was a typo anyway. Happy to discuss. Regards.
