Prem Kumar (Kannada actor)Prem (Kannada actor) – Could not find as many sources for Prem Kumar as just Prem. Prem is WP:COMMONNAME. See the review of his latest film, there is no mention of Kumar. Google News search brings up more results without Kumar than with it.

Prem (film director) has starred in a few Kannada films in lead roles (his name is just Prem too).

Why is this name is very problematic? He is credited in films as just Prem (only in Nenapirali, Jothe Jotheyali and Savi Savi Nenapu he was credited as Prem Kumar). I googled "prem kumar kannada actor" and went to Google News. The first link was this, which is about Prem Kumar (Tamil actor). His stage name/common name is just Prem, which is supported by every source in the article currently.

Regarding his name, he was credited as Prem in his first film itself as well as all of these films: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. DareshMohan (talk) 05:12, 15 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

He is known as "Premkumar" only in initial movies. After that it was always Prem. I vote for "Prem". Kataariveera (talk) 15:03, 19 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
