Speaker or President[edit]

I note that the Standing Orders of the Congress in English give the title of the President as "Speaker" which conveys a great deal of information in terms of function than does the term "president" which is usually associated (for English Speakers) with a republican system. For the same reason, it is also normal to speak of Prime Minister rather than President of the Government which this article does. Should we use Speaker instead of President in this article? Content fork or duplication on Functions[edit]

IMHO under the heading "Functions" you are referring mostly to the functions of the Bureau which is already the subject of the another page. Would it be reasonable to remove these functions from here and refer only the the functions that are the presidents alone, namely chairing the debates, enforcing the standing orders and nominating the clerk?
