Interim Heavyweight Championship Grand Prix[edit]
The title match between Nogueira and Cro Cop was for the interim heavyweight championship, but there was no tournament of any sort. Removed the brackets and mention of this fictional grand prix. Edwardtang (talk) 22:17, 10 May 2010 (UTC)
Not sure if you wanna add this in but the reason PRIDE FC had to create an interim title is because Fedor refused to fight and defend his HW belt against Cro Cop (undefeated at that time) at this event. Instead, he fought the next month (Dec 31, 2003) at Inoki Bom-Ba-Ye against former pro wrestler Yuji Nagata who was 0-1 in MMA at the time. 76.14.67.159 (talk) 23:59, 27 December 2010 (UTC)
