Suggested change to 'Wagner Group' description[edit]

The Wagner Group is a 'Private Army', regardless of whether it is personally controlled by Putin. Therefore, I suggest changing the wording to "The Russian Wagner Group is a private military force that has been accused of being the private army of Vladimir Putin." or something similar.
