It cites few references, several of which appear to be from dubious sources and seem to be written to promote these pages (trashedhouse.com, privaterentedsector.com, OpenRent.com). 82.35.245.187 (talk) 16:06, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Regulatory Change section in particular contains weasel words - example: 'More recently, legislation requiring the licensing of houses of multiple occupation and the tenant deposit rules has not reversed the inequality suffered by Landlords and are often ignored by tenants due to the lack of enforcement and the encouragement from Local authorities and CAB to break the rules.' 82.35.245.187 (talk) 16:06, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The section Technological Advances in the PRS is poorly written and seems irrelevant. OpenRent is not a company like Gumtree, Zoopla, or Rightmove with which people looking to market or let properties would likely be familiar, perhaps someone wrote OpenRent into this section on their behalf? 82.35.245.187 (talk) 16:06, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

More research is needed to write a fair and reasonable article on a part of the housing sector which has created huge policy issues in the UK. 82.35.245.187 (talk) 16:06, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
