Disputed - ammended[edit]

The article chose the definition of project coaching as having: "the goal of improving project management capability.". However, project coaching can either focus on the people managing the project (project management coaching) or on the project itself (project coaching). An example of a company providing the latter service can be found here: http://www.bia.ca/articles/ProjectCoaching.htm

Of the body of the article, 30% of it was taken up by the statement that "In 2009 Todd Hutchison set up the International Institute of Project Coaching in Australia ". A URL is given for this organisation however at http://iiprojectcoaching.com/your-institute/about-us/ photographs of the board are shown with their job title only and no more background information is provided on the organisation or its functioning. Only one email address of those given for its board members is valid and that links to a different website: mindavation.com. This contrasts to the information provided on the BIA site, however I have not expanded the article accordingl for lack of time.

I have therefore:

  • moved the reference to Todd Hutchison out of the article and into the reference itself (as Mr Hutchison and his association with NLP do not appear noteworthy)
  • added a clarification to the dual/ambiguous meaning of the phrase Project Coaching together with the external reference to the relevant BIA page.
  • deleted the external reference to Project Coach as this is actually a recursive name of a project called Coach, an outreach project aimed at teaching teenagers "become goal setters, communicators, and initiative-takers" http://projectcoach.smith.edu/history/, and not to a reference on the article's subject matter.
