Original Research[edit]

I've added the template because the last paragraph of this article appears to be OR. Don't know anything about this subject, so if someone else.... but perhaps the offending paragraph should just be deleted. All the same, it's an interesting theory, and it would be nice if a reliable source could be referenced for these claims, if indeed they are plausible. Torgo 03:19, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]


The source is the draft text of the law which is linked to the article. Chapter five of the law describes the different types of property. Chapter twelve of the law defines peasant rights to rural land in terms of usufruct. I didn't cite specific articles because the numbering might have changed.
If anyone has a complete English translation, this would be nice to link.
