James Clapper[edit]

Is calling for Clapper's resignation really a reform of mass surveillance? It would do nothing to fix the problem, and doesn't purport to be about that, it's just about the fact that he, personally, lied to congress. Frankly, it's barely even an action - they're asking him to quit his job voluntarily with no apparent consequences if he doesn't, in lieu of criminal prosecution for committing a crime.
