NPOV statement on trafficking[edit]

"The Government of Hungary does not fully comply with the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking; however, it is making significant efforts to do so."

The US State Department report says this about all countries with legalized prostitution. Hence, this is merely the *opinion* of the US government. This statement needs to be put in context.
