Removed from Wine Regions of Italy[edit]

I have removed Province of Cuneo from the category Wine regions of Italy. Only a very small proportion of the province is a wine region, namely Roero and the lower part of the Langhe. Because both Roero and Langhe belong to the category Wine regions of Italy, the presence of Province of Cuneo there is both misleading and redundant. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Piedmont (talkcontribs) 12:11, 12 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, quite right! Category:Wine regions of Italy could probably do with a bit of attention, though it’s not as bad as it used to be. Someone once spent an evening adding practically every vaguely geographical Italian article they could find, presumbly on the basis that anywhere you can grow vines….
