Alexikoua could you please explain why you are putting in the Provisional Government of Albania the flag of Northern Epirus? I don't think that was the flag of that government. Now I know that you might argue about the existance of the Protocol of Corfu, but that has nothing to do with the flag of the Provisional Government of Albania. A government has ONE flag be it that it recognizes or not an autonomous region, that's how I think of it. Von Wied, recognized the Autonous region of Northern Epirus as an integrant part of the Kingdom of Albania, not as a separate flag.
