This article's English translation of the Hebrew text cites the chabad.org site as a source, which in turn states that the English translation used is held in copyright by Judaica Press. It therefore seems to me that the English text should be deleted as in breach of copyright. This would not affect the King James Version, which is in the public domain. See also a similar point I have made recently regarding Psalm 98.
