Construction Cost Controversy[edit]

Regarding the controversy of the price of the bridge. There was once a conventional bridge at this location. It was destroyed, when the dry river rose, to over 20 feet over flood stage, when Hurricane Gilbert stuck, on September 17th 1988.--Subman758 (talk) 04:07, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
