I'll review this soon.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 16:35, 15 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks--looking forward to working with you. -- Khazar2 (talk) 16:42, 15 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Just as a side note, I thought I should warn you that I might be in hospital for part of the coming week and I'm not sure what Internet access I'll have. So if I disappear for a week, please be patient--I'll be back! -- Khazar2 (talk) 15:01, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

FWIW, I think both spellings are legit, but I've got no personal preference. Done. -- Khazar2 (talk) 02:11, 20 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Extremism trial
Red XN What is going on with this link?--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 03:21, 27 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'll make it clearer in the text what is being wikilinked to. MaxBrowne (talk) 09:57, 27 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
It's not a legal term that I'm aware of. The original phrasings of the sources are "Earlier, Pazukhina told RAPSI that the court has rejected freed Pussy Riot member Yekaterina Samutsevich's request to be involved in this claim. The reason was that no claim by the prosecutor's office to have the video declared extremist had yet reached the court" and "Samutsevich requested to be involved as a stakeholder to the case, saying that if the video were found extremist, it would be more difficult for the punk group's members to defend themselves at the supervisory instance and in the consideration of their appeal at the European Court of Human Rights." -- Khazar2 (talk) 18:35, 23 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Does this have something to do with legal standing?--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 15:36, 24 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
It seems to be similar, but not quite the same. In the US, I think legal standing only refers to your right to initially file a lawsuit; this seems to be her right to participate in the case. There probably is specific Russian legal language to cover this, but I'm not sure how to find it. -- Khazar2 (talk) 14:38, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Public opinion in Russia
  • A series of Levada Center polls: clarify when this poll occured in relation to the events (following the trial, following the arrest, after all appeals or whatever).--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 19:08, 23 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Protests and peripheral events
  • The subject of "supported the women's imprisonment" is unclear.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 01:07, 24 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Merge or expand the "In August, at the Embassy of Russia in Washington, D.C. there was a protest and concert by punk bands." paragraph.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 01:07, 24 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • is "Tbilisi"? link?--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 01:07, 24 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
    • Spelling fixed, linked, country added. -- Khazar2 (talk) 14:55, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
      • Restored "Tbilisi" spelling (Georgian:თბილისი). Clearly the letter "ი" (i) occurs three times in the Georgian spelling. It is also the spelling used in the wiki article and agrees with the unofficial, official and ISO 9984 systems of Romanization of Georgian. It's also used in both of the refs provided, and gets more google hits than "Tblisi". So the evidence looks overwhelming. MaxBrowne (talk) 01:38, 27 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
