Enquiry re common misspelling

In the lead section, the term "personnel integrity" is used. It is possible that this is correct, but it is perhaps more likely that "personal integrity" was intended. Because it is just possible that the term is correct as used, I haven't changed it, but if someone (eg the original author) could take a look, that would be good.

This should not redirect from Quality Standards. If someone is looking for quality standards, they are looking for specific information on standards, not on some general and misleading simplification of QC.
