This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it is the English version of the French page : Festival de cinéma de la ville de Québec. This only is the beginning of the page, we can add more information and sources to complement it. It is completely a real event (www.qcff.ca), and the page is not promotionnal. Thank you.
