Proposed Page Move
This page is currently called R (Simms) v SS for the Home Department. However, there is a red link on the page for the "Miller I" case R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union using the name R v Secretary of State for the Home Department, Ex p Simms with the citation [2000] 2 AC 115, 131. It appears they are the same case. Should this page be moved to R v Secretary of State for the Home Department, Ex p Simms? Or at the very least the abbreviation "SS" for 'Secretary of State' should be expanded in full in any new page move? SpookiePuppy (talk) 15:55, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
