Perhaps as a suggestion: english is spoken in India and large parts of Africa. The use of the term 'Racial Minority' is relatieve to the context, which, on the global project Wikipedia, is the world, not the USA. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 143.176.92.84 (talk) 09:14, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
