Rumors of a new RBI[edit]

This section, added anonymously, describes publicity for a supposed plan to start a new RBI. Since nothing real has happened to date, I think the information is unencyclopedic and does not belong on the article. For now, I did clean up the section, cutting trivial material and adding references to the extent possible. Chonak (talk) 05:03, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
