According to fussballdaten.de, Jovanović scored 3 goals in 2 games at the end of the 2000–01 Fußball-Regionalliga season. During the 2001–02 NOFV-Oberliga campaign, Tennis Borussia Berlin only had 30 games recognised for the statistics, and according to this site, he scored 10 goals. Mainz record totals of 34/11, which probably means that in the 4 games against Berliner FC Dynamo and Greifswalder SC, he must have scored one goal.
