Part of the Bass Islands?[edit]

I don't think the reference to the Bass Islands is correct here. See my comment on the Bass Islands talk page. I think that the Bass Islands only properly refer to Marotiri. Kjordahl 15:20, 21 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]


I have heard that there is a pyramid like structure carved out of a rock mountain on Rapa Iti. I think this came from Thor Hyerdahl who has not always been reliable. I have seen some pictures that imply there might be some truth to this could anyone elaborate. Is there any evidence of a Pyramid or anything else being carved or is it just a natural wonder that looks like a man made wonder?
