The current image in the this article is an old picture of Mar Rappael. He is now the Major Archbishop and a Major Archbishop has a red mitre as you can see in the above link or in the article of List of the Major Archbishops of Syro-Malabar Church. The current image of Mar Rappael has the vestments of a bishop. So please update the image accordingly. If you can give me access to edit, I'll add the image.
