Irish spelling[edit]
Every modern reference I have access to spells the village as Ráth Daingin. That includes various Irish post office guides from 1923 to 1981, Ordnance Survey Ireland gazetteer (that I use as citation) and other listings, including the government Statutory Instruments No. 133 of 1975 Place-Names (Irish Forms (No. 1) (Postal Towns) Order 1975. If anyone has a reference fro the previous spelling, please post here. ww2censor (talk) 16:46, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
