Kydney transplant

Gonzalez had this surgery for 4 hours and his driver donated the kydney. It remains to be seen if there will be rejection.

Major Cleanup

This page was a mess and tagged for cleanup. I removed a lot of basically irrelevant details, for example, news items in which Gonzalez was mentioned but not prominent. I also took out a lot of stuff that was written in the midst of an event that is now finished, so the speculative bits stopped making sense. There was a whole lot about the kidney transplant that I trimmed down to a couple sentences that seem to me to tell the story.
