RedR is certainly notable enough to be in Wikipedia. It is an organisation which trains most of the technical staff for organisations like Oxfam, VSO, Tearfund, Christian Aid, Merlin, and countless others of the world's best know aid agencies, and has for nearly 30 years supplied the people which save lives after disasters by providing water, shelter, food, logistics, health care and more.

Without RedR, situations like the Rwanda refugee crisis after the genocide, the boxing day tsunami and countless other disasters would be immeasurably worse because there would be no qualified people to deal with the problems.

It is not a well-known organisation, because it supports the work of others, but the impact of its work is significant, and it certainly shouldn't be deleted from wikipedia. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tkn20 (talkcontribs)

Agreed - the article needs to be sourced, but it shouldn't be hard. RedR would no doubt know of writeups they've received, so I'll email them and ask them to add to this talk page. --Chriswaterguy talk 04:39, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
