Minor question regarding the article!

If WP:CRYSTAL applies here, then what about the orange line article? Proposal and DPR for this line[edit]

Karnataka State Govt had declared the DPR project ready and the stations have been mentioned in the news articles. Any changes and they'll be reflected in the upcoming months. I'm sure changes are bound to happen as applicable for the Orange Line as they are starting the progress for constructing the metro stations. Any changes I'll get them done.
