ReLoad or Reload?

Should the name not be Reload rather than ReLoad? Googling shows Reload to be the most common form, followed by Re-Load and then ReLoad. Alternatively, the article should be moved from "ReLoad (album)" to "ReLoad". --82.182.24.17 09:30, 16 January 2006 (UTC)

I prefer the spelling ReLoad as its a nod toward the fact its the second part of Load, rather than an unconnected album named Reload. The album cover and the official metallica site both go for the ReLoad spelling too. I've a strong feeling that the 'Reload' and 'Re-load' spellings have come from them being easier to type or corrupted by people who don't have an intimate knowledge of the band. (unsigned)

Even though there are no lower-case letters on the cover, Metallica's website lists it as "ReLoad," so I'd go with that. Tim Long 23:24, 5 August 2006 (UTC)

Genre

I have always said that Load and Reload are Hard Rock albums. Heavy Metal works for me, though I don't like it. However, Alternative Rock? I get that they were trying new things, but that's not really what alt rock is. Anyone else have a comment? Personally I'd classify ReLoad as somewhere between Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. It has elements of both really and its hard to classify the whole album as one or the other. Its definitely not alternative rock. LostCelestial 18:06, 8th June 2006 (GMT)

The Phrase "Selling Out"

This is just my opinion, so I don't really expect it to be up here for a long time, as Wikipedia is more about facts rather then opinions, but does anyone else feel that in alot of cases, the phrase selling out is a load of bullshit?

Bands make music to make money...plain and simple...if they were not wishing to make money, they would donate all they get to charity or somesuch. As soon as a band gets a big hit, or makes alot of money, or alters the style of music, then they are labelled "sell-outs". What a crock of shit. It's only a natural that a bands sound would change over time. They get influenced more other bands, other forms of music that may interest them more then they had in the past, and they get influenced by life experiences.

Also, one last tidbit for thought. Should a band change its sound and naturally "evolve" its music due to these factors and become "sell-outs", or should they continually produce the exact same style of music and become stale? J

Last album with Jason Newsted?

How should the cover album be handled? Garage Inc that is. One disc is newly recorded covers with Newsted on bass. And while its covers, in broadest terms Garage Inc is a studio album right? Tapio1994 (talk) 13:30, 6 January 2019 (UTC)

Tapio1994, no, Garage Inc. is a cover album; while different people and publications have called it an unofficial Metallica studio album over the years, that's not what it is.
