I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. COI[edit]

A new user named "Resmed" just edited this page to remove content unfavorable to the company. I won't revert it because may he's right and the original content was semi-libelous, but please check for a conflict of interest. Yechiel Man 06:27, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like the material was a little inaccurate. It was a voluntary recall. I don't know if it belongs in the article, any third-party sources? Even the FDA page is just a copy of the ResMed press release. -SpuriousQ (talk) 23:09, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I just added a few sentences. I am very temted to remove the recall, because recalls are not that unusual in medical devices, therefore, it is not such an outstanding feature that it needs mentioning (especially in an article that does not say hardly anything else about the company).Schomynv (talk) 21:56, 23 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Organic Growth[edit]

The article indicates that the company grew through organic growth, and then states it grew by acquisition. Organic growth actually means the company growing its existing business and is the opposite of growth by acquisition. I didn't want to edit because I didn't have the facts to either remove or reword to something like "organic growth and by acquiring several smaller companies."211.27.166.169 (talk) 12:48, 4 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
