Not about self-governance at all[edit]

juweihui has no element of self-governance in any way. their staff is all employed by the government and the communist party. it's the party-government regime's local organ. someone with better sources should fix this. RZuo (talk) 08:25, 21 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
