Contested deletion[edit]
This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because the violation is easily remedied (I have done so), and there is topic is potentially worth covering. --Klbrain (talk) 22:27, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
- This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, as the Resilience Week event is not owned by TechConnect but started by myself in 2008 through Idaho National Laboratory (US govt) and only co-located with TechConnect through an MOU (that I developed and got signed with them). The current chair and I are developing a history of this event and an opportunity for the Resilience Week community to add references of its ongoing benefit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Crieger (talk • contribs) 22:20, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
- @Crieger: Thanks for transparently adding some context to your relationship to this event. That does present a conflict of interest, so it would be great if you could read something conflict of interest editing. It's a tricky balance, as we all know that those closest to subjects are also the most knowledgeable about them! So, please do continue to contribute, bearing in mind the COI guidelines.
