You know Jim you are correct. Lets get rid of both links... they are both commercial sites and The TollFreeForwarding site is not a major carrier as you mentioned and probably doesn't meet the reliable sources criteria. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.144.150.9 (talk) 19:22, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sticky[edit]

An anonymous editor accidentally put this into my personal page, rather than here, so I'm inserting it here for any who may be interested Jim.henderson 01:30, 5 October 2007 (UTC):[reply]

Why is easyresporg.com - Sticky Linkspam? When # TollFreeForwarding.com isn't? Jim which company do you work for? There is NO Commerical links on easyresporg.com a resource for resporgs.

Do you work at # TollFreeForwarding.com Jim?

Oops? I forgot about this, because some anonymous person mistakenly put it on my personal page rather than on my talk page. Well, in hopes that he will see it, I'll put the answer here. No, I am unfamiliar with either of these organizations. Sticky pages are ones from which the browser cannot easily return. That is, the typical browser's "back" button fails to back out of a site and return to the page that linked to it. Some sites do this to make viewers stick, even those who don't want to, and Wikipedia pages do not generally link to them because we don't want users to get stuck. If the owners of that site do not intend the site to be sticky, they should repair it. Jim.henderson 01:39, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Before anyone accuses somebody of working for somebody, I probably put the TollFreeForwarding link in there, and I don't work for any phone company. Another big difference between the TollFreeForwarding link and the link I just (re-)removed is that the TollFreeForwarding link is used as a reference - the link is directly to the page that explains what a RespOrg is, not to the home page where someone is trying to hawk services. This article is not about providing external links to every mom and pop dot com that can sell you toll-free-related services. I would be in favor of removing both and linking only to better reliable sources like reference material from major carriers. Reswobslc 07:58, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
