Vector[edit]

Seeing as concensus has been reached for the use of vector maps, it seems appropriate to use the same templates for the results on the breakdown pages for the elections - the map in the wikibox, in the results by province, and the results by region. I made appropriate svgs and adapted the results box layout to use the vector maps:

@Erinthecute: If you can do this for all elections, then of course, that would be gorgeous.
Btw, once you have time could you do the same for European Parliament elections in Spain? Starting with 2014 European Parliament election in Spain and Results breakdown of the 2014 European Parliament election in Spain and so on. That way consistency would be 100%.
