Rod Stewart and Olivia Newton-John[edit]

There's no citation for the claim that Stewart and ONJ found RevCo's work offensive, so I removed it. Also, songwriters can't legally prevent someone else from recording a version of their songs. There was a famous instance where Paul Simon said something disparaging about punk music, and the punk band The Diodes recorded a song of his, "Red Rubber Ball" just to irritate Simon. Jourgensen was supposed to be handing off RevCo to Sin Quirin, and continue on during Al's "retirement" from making music. Why does it say the band ended in 2010? Are they officially disbanded? I can't find anything that says so.71.57.41.239 (talk) 16:15, 5 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Something missing from discography: original release of "Cattle Grind"?[edit]

The song "Cattle Grind" does not appear on any of the studio (album, EP, or single) releases we are listing, yet it seems to have existed before the live version that appeared on Live: You Goddamned Son of a Bitch, since a remix of the studio version was released in 2004 on a version of Beers, Steer, and Queers as a bonus track. My memory for tunez going back that far is fading, but I'm dead certain I was familiar with the track before the live album (and VHS), so we seem to be missing a single (perhaps a promo, though the studio track could have come out on a label-sampler compilation or something). — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ 😼 09:56, 5 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, that's interesting. I will go digging for that track and try to find it. Now that I am here, I may aswell write my entry to you as a reply. Which is Concerning the Live! You Goddamned Son of a Bitch album, (which is supposedly live), but it's been stated on the article that it's actually a studio album. If this is true then why it is still listed as live? Is there no further infomation as to where the album was re-recorded after the show? User:Anticitizen 98
