I wonder whether there is anybody from UK who can collaborate this post. [1] It looks like it can help enrich the article.

Requested move[edit]

The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: The article already is at Richard Allan, Baron Allan of Hallam, if you want to move it back to Richard Allan the RM should be in that direction. That there was no discussion of the previous move is irrelevant—non-controversial moves don't need to be discussed beforehand, and I'm sure the original mover didn't think the move would be controversial. However, clearly reversing that move would be controversial, so that move should be discussed if that is what you want to do. —Jeremy (talk) 23:06, 1 February 2011 (UTC) Jeremy (talk) 23:06, 1 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Richard AllanRichard Allan, Baron Allan of Hallam.

Oppose - Known for being a Mameber of the House of Commons and not as a peer. Also no disambiguation is required for this article title.--Lucy-marie (talk) 18:41, 1 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Support. WP:NCPEER is quite clear. This chap is no longer wholly or exclusively known by his pre-peerage nomenclature. Kittybrewster 15:15, 1 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Comment There was no discussion to move the page to the claimed "stable" title in the first place. This discussion is needed as there was no RM in the first place.--Lucy-marie (talk) 22:35, 1 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
