Red cards[edit]

Last night's Match of the Day commentary claimed Dunne had more Premier League red cards than any other player, and this was added to the article. Doing some digging around on Soccerbase, Dunne has eight (three for Everton, five for Manchester City) but so do Patrick Vieira and Duncan Ferguson (backed up by [1] from Jan 2008). Have now found a citation for it. Oldelpaso (talk) 12:44, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Own-goal record?[edit]

"He shares the record for scoring the most own-goals in the Premier League, forty six, with Liverpool's Jamie Carragher.[4]" — The reference here refers to his eighth sending off and should be used for the sentence above. There is no mention of an own-goal record. Can this be confirmed? TomorrowsDream (talk) 11:38, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

46 is obvious vandalism which I've removed. I don't know about the Premier League own goal record, but for all-time he's not even near the club record, Dave Ewing had ten. Oldelpaso (talk) 11:54, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Richard Dunne[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Richard Dunne's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "ReferenceA":

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 18:07, 30 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
