Notability[edit]

Why this person even has his own wiki-page? What's he is notable for? Looks like he plays 'himself', but what's *his* achievements? I would like to propose this article for deletion. Yurivict (talk) 23:13, 13 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

He doesn't "play himself", he's a regular cast member of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Tarheelz123 (talk) 15:26, 22 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Article says 'Himself' in the character name field. Yurivict (talk) 05:22, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
As with all reality shows on Wiki, being a cast member of reality tv doesn't instantly make you notable. I say this article be proposed for deletion as well (along with the articles of some of his other less than notable siblings--Kendall and Kylie) and let people vote on keeping it or not.24.190.34.219 (talk) 15:27, 28 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
He is obviously notable, he stars in a reality televsion series, dated Adrienne Bailon, has a steady modeling career, and is constantly in the tabloids with his sisters. Nctennishco12 (talk) 19:40, 17 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sources on music career[edit]

The information reffering to Kardashian's music career and being the new face of Dolce & Gabanna have no sources. Nctennishco12 (talk) 19:38, 17 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Rob Kardashian is Rich and very attractive. everyone watches the show that he hasa part in as a family member and everyone knows him. so yes he is famous. he may not be a famous as his sisters but he's noticed by all the fans. Rob is the only brother on the show that helps with the family feelings that we all get from watching the show. Rob has every right to be on here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.89.3.57 (talk) 07:13, 6 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Middle name[edit]

I'm having trouble finding reliable sources for his middle name. Can someone provide one? --Ronz (talk) 20:17, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I still can't find a source, but some news sources refer to him as Rob Jr. That's enough for me to think that he'd have the same middle name as his father. Still, it's unclear and unsourced either way. --Ronz (talk) 00:55, 17 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Me, neither. I have removed it since we can neither rely on his father's article nor guess at the implications of using "junior". No reliable source = no mention. - Sitush (talk) 07:24, 26 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

His full name is Robert Arthur Kardashian. He is not a Jr-his father was Robert George. Arthur is his paternal grandfathers first name. Got this from Kris Jenners book. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.77.127.106 (talk) 15:43, 28 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It would be nice to have a better reference than a search of California records, but we're going to need a far better source to justify changing it from Arthur to George or anything else. --Ronz (talk) 20:10, 18 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

TMZ as a source[edit]

I suggest that we do not use TMZ as a source for this article. It has been discussed several times at the reliable sources noticeboard. Using the Wayback Machine shows the last archived version to be September 2010, at which point the WP article looked something like this. The similarities between TMZ's current content and Wikipedia's article around August/September 2010 are hopefully obvious and the likelihood that TMZ just scraped the WP article is very high, IMO. - Sitush (talk) 06:58, 26 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Dancing with the Stars[edit]

I was wondering if someone would fill in the missing weeks for his (Rob's) Dancing with the Stars performances.

Dancing with the Stars performances - Problems with linking to A-ha song article, please help![edit]

I for the first time am trying to do something like this - I added the 8th episode which was missing in the paragraph about Dancing with the Stars performances. I did as I usually do when writing something on here, "borrowed" formatting from existing formatted text, here from the other episodes, to get it right - but even if I used the exact same formatting as for episode 6 (as far as I have been able to see, gone over it over and over again), when it comes to the linking to the article about the song that was used for this performance, "Take on Me", the song link shows up red. This even if there IS an article on Wikipedia on that song. In the article about the band "A-ha" on Wikipedia, there is a link to the song too, and the link there is identical to the one I have been using here, so that is not the problem, as far as I can see, so I really cannot see why this link turns out red, as if there is NO article about the song. I have done embarrassingly many tries on getting it right, and just ended out being at my wits end.

So, can somebody who are real good on formatting on Wikipedia PLEASE help out and go take a look at the formatting and see if they can fix the error? I would really appreciate it, do not like to knowingly leave something with such an error!

Thanks a lot! :)

 Done. Just needed the correct WP:PIPELINKage--Shirt58 (talk) 04:03, 11 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

NOT FAIR[edit]

If Rob gets to have mentions of DWTS and his performance in the show, as well a full list of all of his performances on his page then Nancy Grace deserves it as well! I don't see her page loaded with DWTS stuff! I wonder, is this just an attempt to get Rob's page to look like it has content when it has nothing of importance... not even a pic! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 186.45.88.207 (talk) 07:39, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Personally, I would be happy to see it gone from here. However, it is not usually a great idea to make arguments comparing one article to another. People who do so are often referred to other stuff exists for the rationale. - Sitush (talk) 07:44, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Personal life[edit]

I've removed the section. It was completely unsourced and filled with unencyclopedic gossip and trivia in violation of WP:NOTDIARY and WP:NOTGOSSIP. --Ronz (talk) 23:28, 22 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Error in typing[edit]

The third line reads "for which they are paid (as of 2016) between $75,000 and 30,000".

the '30,000' should be '$300,000', as per the citiation, could somebody fix this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 31.205.234.168 (talk) 10:58, 16 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

No image?[edit]

Why is he the only member of the Kardashian-Jenner family without a portrait on the English Wikipedia? How hard is it really to find a non-copyrighted, freely licensed or public-domain picture of him? It would be useful for readers to know what he looks like, especially in comparison to his mother, sisters and half-sisters. Zakawer (talk) 18:05, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
